Warrior Fitness : The Newest Class at House of Champions


Starting Monday, November 28th a new sensei will be joining the House
of Champions. Sensei Bryan, son of Sensei Cecil, will be teaching the Monday,
Wednesday 5:45 Warrior Fitness class in conjunction with Sensei Dan.

 

Sensei Bryan’s plan is to make the workouts complementary to the Core and
Conditioning class. Exercises will include a combination of aerobic and anaerobic
movements, stretching, striking the focus pads and bags, using 2 lb. and 5 lb.
weights, medicine balls, bosu balls and steps.
